On July 31, 2019, outdoor brewing by the “St. Gerolsthaler Braumanufaktur” took place in the bright sun and 33 degrees C. A Kölsch, a Pale Ale and a Belgian Ale were brewed with three self-made 20-liter systems. The recipes for the brewed beers can be found under this link.
