Data protection

Data protection

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TMG).

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

SSL encryption

In order to best protect your transmitted data, the website operators use SSL encryption. You can recognize such encrypted connections by the prefix “https: //” in the page link in the address bar of your browser. Unencrypted pages are identified by “http: //”.

All data that you transmit to this website cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL encryption.

Server-Log-Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type / browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific people. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

This storage takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our website.

Cookies

Some of the websites use so-called cookies. Cookies do no damage to your computer and contain no viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. The legal basis is in Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored on the servers of the web hosting provider for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We have concluded a corresponding contract data processing contract with the web hosting provider. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

reCAPTCHA

The service reCAPTCHA v3 from Google Inc. (Google) is used to protect your inquiries via the Internet form. The query serves to differentiate whether the input is made by a human being or is misused by automated, mechanical processing. The service includes sending your IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The differing data protection regulations of the company Google apply to this data. For more information on Google Captcha’s privacy policy, please visit https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the security of our website and in the defense against unwanted, automated access.

Google Web Fonts

The website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the Google servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. You can find more information about Google Web Fonts at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Count per Day

This website uses “Count per Day”, a WordPress plug-in that enables statistical analysis of access data. The information (anonymized IP addresses, date without time, browser type and version, origin page and the current page) are only saved on the servers of the web hosting provider in order to enable the website operator to evaluate the use of the website. By anonymizing the IP address, no conclusions can be drawn about you as a person. In addition, the stored data will not be passed on to third parties.

Count per day is used to analyze the usage behavior of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website.

Information, deletion, blocking

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data at any time. Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Longer storage can take place if the deletion is contrary to a statutory retention period. It will not be passed on to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Germany, these are the respective state data protection officers.
